Cancellation Policy

POLICY Welcome to Pearson Airport Transportation is pleased to provide services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. By using this web site and or the service, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and Conditions set forth herein without limitation or qualification. and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Person Airport Transportation are superseded and of no force or effect. Waiting Time (Apply only for point to point service) Airport Domestic Arrivals: Waiting charges begin 60 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. After 60 minutes waiting time charges are assessed hourly. We do not charge any waiting time fee for any flight delays. Please note we must have the proper flight number & airline on airport pickups. Airport International Arrivals: Waiting charges begin 45 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time on departures. After 60 minutes waiting time charges are assessed hourly. We do not charge any waiting time fee for any flight delays. Please note we must have the proper flight number & airline on airport pickups. Non-airport Pickups: Waiting charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. After 15 minutes, waiting time is retroactive to the scheduled pick-up time. Waiting Time charges are assessed hourly. Train schedules cannot be monitored therefore billing begins at the scheduled pick-up time. Where To Meet Your Driver at Pearson Airport. ****Important ****Chauffeurs are not permitted inside the terminal at any time for any reason. Chauffeurs must wait by their vehicle and will be standing outside at the designated limousine stand of every terminal. Please be aware that the Peel Police & Airport commissioner do not allow your chauffeur to wait more than 10 minutes. It is recommended that you call the office or your driver after you have collected your luggage. It will take the driver 2-5 minutes to arrive at the designated limo area. IMPORTANT Terminal 1 please go to door 1A Terminal 3 Please go to door 7 To be picked up from. or as directed. Pre-Arrange pick fee are as follow . Includes camera fee and the actual toll which is calculated by 407/ETR app. Toll rate vary depending on time of the day and week Cancellation fee apply if cancel with less then 48 hour notice. Price subject to change without notice. 407/ETR is additional charge. Plus camera fee will apply. Fee will be determine based on the vehicle reserved.. No show will also result in cancellation fee. The full amount will be charged. All fares are subject to 15% gratuity.
